# Average Order Value Report

The Average Order Value Report shows how much customers spend on average per order across different providers. It includes:

* **Average Food & Drinks**
* **Average Order**
* **Number of Orders**
* **Average of Significant Items**
* **Total Turnover**
* **Total Food & Drinks Turnover**

Two charts are also displayed in this report:

* **Average Spend** — compares the average food & drinks spend against the total average order value across sales channels.
* **Significant Item Count** — shows the average number of significant items per order for each provider.
