The Average Order Value Report shows how much customers spend on average per order across different providers. It includes:

• Average Food & Drinks
• Average Order
• Number of Orders
• Average of Significant Items
• Total Turnover
• Total Food & Drinks Turnover

Two charts are also displayed in this report:

• Average Spend — compares the average food & drinks spend against the total average order value across sales channels.
• Significant Item Count — shows the average number of significant items per order for each provider.
