# Accessing the Breakdown Report

The Breakdown Report is available both at the **group and venue** levels.

> Important Distinction: Group-level reports do not display currency symbols, as venues within a group may operate in different currencies.

In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Analytics > Breakdown.**

Users can:

* Click the **filter** icon to filter the data.
* Select a **date range**.
* Click **Today** to show only today's report.
* **Export** the file as XLSX.
