Positive adjustments increase an order's total value. These include:

* Delivery fee
* Bag fee
* Driver tip
* Discount
* Other
* Tip
* Surcharge
* Restaurant service charge
* Deposit return scheme
* Small order fee

The sum of **Food and Drinks** and these **Positive Adjustments** is displayed as **Pre-Adjustments Total**.
