# Exporting the Breakdown Report

To export the Breakdown Report, click the **Export to .xlsx** button.

The Excel file will have **three** sheets:

* **Overall**: Displays the quantities and the amounts.
* **Amounts**: Displays only the amounts.
* **Quantities**: Displays only the quantities.
