Cooking Report

The Cooking Report provides kitchen staff and management with detailed performance metrics on preparation and cooking times for individual menu items.

Accessing the Cooking Report

In the Admin Portal, navigate to Analytics > Cooking.

Users can:

• Filter by date range
• Click Today to see today's data
• Export data to .xlsx

Cooking Report Contents

Total duration (mins)

The cumulative time (in minutes) spent cooking/preparing all orders of this item within the selected timeframe.

Average (mins)

The average time taken to complete a single order of this item.

Min (mins)

The fastest recorded cooking/prep time for a single order of this item.

Max (mins)

The longest recorded cooking/prep time for a single order of this item.

Count

The total quantity/number of orders cooked/prepared during the period.
