Hourly Report

The Hourly Report breaks down sales data by hour of each day, providing insights into transaction volume and revenue distribution throughout operating hours.

Report Structure:

• Columns represent each day within the selected date range
• Rows represent each hour of the day
• Data displayed: number of orders and turnover for each hour

All transactions are rounded down to the nearest hour. For example, a transaction at 23:59 is recorded in the 23:00 time slot.

Additional columns include:

• Total: Sum of all orders/turnover
• Average: Average orders/turnover per hour

This report allows venues to:

• Identify peak hours
• Visualise order distribution throughout the day
• Optimise staff scheduling based on transaction volume
• Compare performance across different days and time periods
