Packing Report

The Packing Report provides managers and store operators with operational metrics on packing speed, productivity, and order volume broken down by staff member.

Accessing the Packing Report

In the Admin Portal, navigate to Analytics > Packing.

Users can:

• Filter by date range
• Click Today to see today's data
• Export data to .xlsx

Packing Report Contents

For each staff member (as well as overall totals at the bottom of the table), the report calculates five key performance metrics across daily columns and a combined total column.

Total duration (mins)

The cumulative time (in minutes) spent packing orders within the selected timeframe.

Average (mins)

The average time taken by the staff member to pack a single order.

Min (mins)

The fastest recorded packing time for a single order.

Max (mins)

The longest recorded packing time for a single order.

Count

The total number of orders packed during the period.
