# Packing Report

The Packing Report provides managers and store operators with operational metrics on packing speed, productivity, and order volume broken down by staff member.

## Accessing the Packing Report

In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Analytics > Packing.**

Users can:

* Filter by date range
* Click Today to see today's data
* Export data to .xlsx

## Packing Report Contents

For each staff member (as well as overall totals at the bottom of the table), the report calculates five key performance metrics across daily columns and a combined total column.

### Total duration (mins)

The cumulative time (in minutes) spent packing orders within the selected timeframe.

### Average (mins)

The average time taken by the staff member to pack a single order.

### Min (mins)

The fastest recorded packing time for a single order.

### Max (mins)

The longest recorded packing time for a single order.

### Count

The total number of orders packed during the period.
