# Accessing the Periodic Reports

In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/)**,** navigate to **Reports > Periodic Reports**.

## Grouping Options

You can change the periods shown by clicking on **Grouping** and selecting the desired option. Options include:

* Day
* Week
* Month
* Quarter
* Year
* Day of week
* Day of month
* Day of year
* Week of year
* Month of year
* Quarter of year

## Exporting the Periodic Reports

You can optionally export the report by clicking on the **three dots** then **Download results**.
