# Order Details
The Order Details page allows users to:
* view the ETA and status at the top
* manage payment history (to view or edit discounts and adjustments)
* edit customer phone number by clicking on the edit icon
* add/edit order note
* change urgency level
* apply additional discounts/surcharges
* add more products to the order by clicking **Add to order**
* view order timeline (when the order was placed, when it went out for delivery, etc.)
