The system will automatically verify the address against the defined delivery zones. If the address is outside all defined delivery zones, the venue will be greyed out and the customer will be unable to place a delivery order.

POS

For Delivery orders in the POS, staff may override delivery restrictions at their discretion when taking an order manually in-store or over the phone.

If the address entered is outside the serviceable delivery zone, a message will appear alerting you. You'll be prompted to either:

  • Accept the order, with the option to add or waive a delivery surcharge, or

  • Reject the order, if the venue chooses not to serve that address
