Arrived

Automatic driver arrival can be configured by a certain distance to the delivery address. If you want this configured, please reach out to support.

When the driver arrives at the delivery location, they click on the Arrived button. This notifies the customer that their order has arrived.

The Actions button changes to Call Customer and the Arrived button changes to Finished.
