# Arrived

Automatic driver arrival can be configured by a certain distance to the delivery address. If you want this configured, please reach out to support.

When the driver arrives at the delivery location, they click on the **Arrived** button. This notifies the customer that their order has arrived.

The **Actions** button changes to **Call Customer** and the **Arrived** button changes to **Finished**.
