# Reflections
The **Reflections** section of the End of Day Report allows staff to provide feedback on the shift. It captures both a quick rating and more detailed commentary to record observations, issues, or positive highlights.
* **Shift Rating (1–10)** — Staff can score the overall shift experience.
* **Shift Commentary** — A free text field for noting observations, issues, or key highlights.
