Reflections

The Reflections section of the End of Day Report allows staff to provide feedback on the shift. It captures both a quick rating and more detailed commentary to record observations, issues, or positive highlights.

• Shift Rating (1–10) — Staff can score the overall shift experience.
• Shift Commentary — A free text field for noting observations, issues, or key highlights.
