# Shift Hours
The time period covered for each End of Day report is defined by the **Shift Hours**.
In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Schedule** > **Shift hours**. Define the shift hours for each day of the week.

If an order is placed outside the shift hours, it will appear on the next day's report.
**Example**
Monday's shift hours is defined as 09:00-19:00. If an order is placed at 20:00 of Monday, it will be covered in Tuesday's End of Day report.
