These orders are handled entirely by the integration's own delivery network, meaning the venue will only be responsible for preparing the order and not dispatching or assigning a driver. ## KDS Timing Integrations provide a **CollectAt** **timestamp** which is the time when their driver is expected to collect the order from the venue. The POS system uses this timestamp along with Workload Mode calculations to determine **when to display the order on the KDS**. ## Driver Station Orders that are being delivered by integrations **skip the driver station**. Once an order is packed and ready for collection, the order is considered "done" on the venue's end and is essentially completed. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
