# Delivery and Collection Orders via Integrations When delivery is managed by integrations, the delivery process differs slightly from in-house delivery workflows. These orders are handled entirely by the integration's own delivery network, meaning the venue will only be responsible for preparing the order and not dispatching or assigning a driver. ## KDS Timing Integrations provide a **CollectAt** **timestamp** which is the time when their driver is expected to collect the order from the venue. The POS system uses this timestamp along with Workload Mode calculations to determine **when to display the order on the KDS**. ## Driver Station Orders that are being delivered by integrations **skip the driver station**.
