Delivery and Collection Orders via Integrations

When delivery is managed by integrations, the delivery process differs slightly from in-house delivery workflows. These orders are handled entirely by the integration's own delivery network, meaning the venue will only be responsible for preparing the order and not dispatching or assigning a driver.

KDS Timing

Integrations provide a CollectAt timestamp which is the time when their driver is expected to collect the order from the venue. The POS system uses this timestamp along with Workload Mode calculations to determine when to display the order on the KDS.

Driver Station

Orders that are being delivered by integrations skip the driver station. Once an order is packed and ready for collection, the order is considered "done" on the venue's end and is essentially completed.
