# Sunmi Cloud Printer Configuration

## Connecting a Sunmi Cloud Printer to Wi-Fi

### Download and Log In

Download the Sunmi iOS app from the App Store, then sign in to the Boss It account.

### Select Company

Choose the company profile you want to connect the printer to.

### Go to Devices

Navigate to the **Devices** tab and select **Add Device.**

### Add the Device

Choose **Cloud Printer** from the list of devices. **Hold the button** at the back of the device for **3 seconds** until you hear a **voice prompt** indicating network configuration mode. Then. **scan the QR** code or **enter the serial number** to complete the setup.

When entering the serial number, you don't need to enter "SN: ".&#x20;

Once the printer has been added to the Sunmi App, the support team will configure it in the Printers in Admin Portal.
