To reconnect the Sunmi Cloud printer to the network:
Download the Sunmi iOS app from the App Store, then sign in to the Boss It account.
Log in email and password will be provided by our support team.
On the Sunmi app, go to the Device tab.
Find the device you want to reset (i.e., locate via serial number).
Click Network Settings.
This will allow you to reset the network connection.
