Product Status Controls

Products may be intentionally hidden through several mechanisms:

• Active Status: When the Is Active? setting is disabled on a product, it immediately becomes unavailable to customers.

• Snoozed Products: The snooze function temporarily removes products from visibility without permanently disabling them.

• Default Quantity Dependencies: When a product has a default quantity greater than zero on another product, disabling or snoozing an ingredient automatically affects all dependent products.

  • For example, if you disable the Pepperoni topping, the Pepperoni Pizza will automatically become unavailable because the required ingredient is no longer accessible.
