# Product Visibility

You can choose which product(s) are visible as customisation options by ticking or unticking the tick box.

* Visible — Determines whether a product or modifier is available at all within the POS system.
* Online — Determines whether a product or modifier is available on online platforms.

#### **Use Case Example**

**Available but not Online**: A customer in-store requests an unusual pizza topping combination. Staff can process it in person, but it is hidden from online menus to avoid confusion.
