Customisation for a Splittable Product

A customisation is for the selection options in a splittable product. The customisation must contain with all the relevant product options options.

Example:

12.5" pizza options - contains all 12.5" pizzas (e.g., All Out Pepperoni 12.5", Hawaii Five-O 12.5")

9.5" pizza options - contains all 9.5" pizzas (e.g., All Out Pepperoni 9.5", Hawaii Five-O 9.5")

The Part Multiplier functionality automatically adjust pricing modifications based on the portion size.

Example:

Full pizza topping: €1.50

Half pizza topping: €0.75 (automatically adjusted)

Advanced Configuration

Name Override

To improve the user experience in order creation, you can override product names within customisations. This allows you to use a clearer display name, without any redundant information.

Example:

A Half and Half 12.5" splittable product will use this customisation: 12.5" pizza options

The 12.5" pizza options customisation contains all 12.5" pizzas that are available. You can override the name of the products to remove the 12.5" as the size is already known from the container product (i.e., Half and Half 12.5").

Hide in Splittable Products

Toggle this setting on for customisations that are not meant to be used in splittable products.
