Splittable Products in the POS

Order Creation

Splittable products open a customisation screen.

The customisation allows you to choose from the product options. Part 1 and Part 2 are initially greyed out until selections have been made.

Once selections have been made, you can select Part 1 or Part 2 to make necessary modifications to the ingredients of each half.

KDS

The KDS shows the container product (e.g., Half and Half 12.5") that identifies it as a split product. Each component of the split product is then listed underneath, along with any specific modifications applied to that component. This allows kitchen staff to easily identify each half and apply modifications to the relevant half.
