Upsell Configuration

Creating an Upsell

1. In the Admin Portal, navigate to Menu > Basket upsells.
2. Click Add basket upsell.
3. Enter the Name. This will appear as the screen header.
4. Click Create.

Adding Products to Upsell

1. Once a basket upsell has been created, click on it then navigate to Products section.
2. Click Add multiple products then select relevant product(s) you wish to put in the basket upsell.
3. Click Save.

Customising List Order

After saving, the products will be listed with a default List Order value. You can customise the order in which the products appear on the kiosk basket upsell by updating the list order value of the products. The system uses ascending order, so the lower numbers appear first (0, 1, 2, 3, etc.).

If multiple products share the same list order value, they will be displayed in alphabetical order.

Removing Products from Basket Upsell

To remove product(s) from basket upsell, tick the box next to the product(s) then click Delete.
