Viva Wallet

Setting up Viva Wallet payment terminals enables secure card transactions through your POS system. This process requires both physical device configuration and software integration.

Before connecting the payment terminal, make sure that it has been set up initially by Boss It. Ensure stable internet connectivity on both devices.

Access Device Interface

Power on the Viva terminal. The device will display the main interface screen.

Navigate to Settings

Locate and tap the More option on the device screen. If this option appears greyed out, repeatedly tap it until it becomes active. If the system prompts you for a security code, enter the security code.

Access Device Information

Once in the More menu, select About from the available options. This will display device information including the Source Terminal ID. Take note of the Source Terminal ID as it's the important value we need to establish connection.

Configure in POS

In the POS settings, navigate to Payment Terminal and enter the Source Terminal ID exactly as displayed on the Viva device.
