Tipping

This setting enables tip collection after payment processing.

On the Viva terminal:

1. Go to Settings > Tipping.

2. Toggle Collect tips on/off.

One-step tip

When one-step tip is enabled, you are able to set a fixed percentage that will be used for tipping. When the customer declines, tip options are presented.

When one-step tip is disabled, the terminal just presents the choice options.

Tip options can be set to desired percentages.

Custom tip

When custom tip is enabled, Other amount option can be selected from the tipping screen. This allows the customer to input a custom amount for their tip.
