# Creating Batches

## Starting a New Batch

1. Click the **batch icon** on the Viva terminal.
2. **Name** the batch as desired.
3. Press **Start new batch** to confirm.

## Ending a Batch

1. Click the same **batch icon** on the Viva terminal.
2. Select **Stop and Start New Batch**.
3. You can choose to **print** or **share** the batch report.
