Customer-Facing Display
The customer-facing display is a secondary screen that shows transaction information to customers during order creation. Images can be displayed here for promotions or upsells.
Enabling the Secondary Screen in POS
In the POS, go to Settings.
Under UI settings, go to Customer presentation on secondary screen.
Set it to Yes.
Adding Images to the Secondary Screen
In the Admin Portal, navigate to Venue > Venue Details.
Go to Branding tab.
There are two settings for the secondary screen: Secondary Screen Image and Upsell image.
Secondary Screen Image
This is the image displayed on the customer-facing display when it's idle.
Upsell Image
This is the smaller image on the customer-facing display when an order is being created, typically used for promotions.
