# Driver Fee Types

There are three ways to manage driver fees:

* **Fixed Per Order** — A fixed fee is paid to the driver for each order.
* **Driver Surplus** — The driver receives the delivery fee plus an additional surplus amount.
* **No Financial Handling** — The POS does not calculate driver fees, the venue manages payment outside the system.
