Enabling or Disabling Enforce Cooking Stage Flow

To access this setting, go to KDS Settings.

Set Enforce Cooking Stage Flow (seating service) to Yes or No to enable or disable it.

When enabled, manual triggering of Table away is required to release hold on Mains.

When disabled, all courses can be cooked immediately without any hold or timing control.
