KDS Labels

Label printing from kitchen screens requires two separate settings to be enabled:

Print item labels should be enabled (Yes).

Product-Level Setting

Print label on kitchen screen should be enabled.

  1. In the Admin Portalarrow-up-right, navigate to Menu > Products.

  2. Select the relevant product and go to the Printing tab.

  3. Use the Print label on kitchen screen tick box to enable or disable KDS printing.

Labels will only print when both conditions are met.
