Partial Order Merges & Kitchen Preparation States

• KDS Indicator: If items have already been prepared/cooked prior to transfer, the target order displays a COOKED indicator next to the item. Alerts staff that food was already cooked under the original ticket, preventing re-cooking and aiding communication with kitchen leaders.

• Packing Station Indicator: If the item was already packed at the expo/packing station prior to moving, the item displays a PACKED status flag upon transfer. Ensures expo teams immediately recognize that the physical item is bagged/boxed and ready for dispatch.
