Quick Item Transfer & Navigation Prompt

When items are created on an incorrect table before or after sending to the kitchen, operators can instantly redirect individual items to another destination.

Select Destination Table

From the current table screen, select the target table (e.g., Table 1) and choose the item(s) to transfer.

Direct Transfer & Prompt

Tap Send to Direct.

A merge reason is required

The system will prompt the user with navigation choices:

  • Stay on Current Order: Remains on the original table view.

  • Go to Target Order: Automatically redirects the screen view to the newly updated target table.

KDS & Packing Display Behavior

The Kitchen Display System (KDS) automatically splits the orders. Items moved prior to preparation generate notification tags on the packing screen (e.g Moved from T-01) to prevent duplicate fulfillment.
