Notes
Notes can be added to an order to include extra details that are not related to stock. These are typically used for random instructions or comments that the kitchen or staff may need to use, but don't affect pricing or stock levels.
Quick Notes
Quick Notes are preset note options that save time when adding common instructions to an order. To access this list, click the three dots next to the Note field.
Quick notes can be combined by selecting multiple options in the Quick Notes box.
You can also manually enter additional notes after selecting from Quick Notes. This allows you to start with a preset option and then add customised instructions if needed.
Adding Notes
Within a Product
This can be done in the Note field at the bottom.
In the Basket or Order Details
You can use the Note field in the basket to add a note to the last product you added.
Meals
A note cannot be added to the meal. It needs to be added to a specific product within the meal.
