# Checkout vs Send

After adding the products to the basket, you have two options:

* **Checkout** — This opens the payment screen, allowing you to take the immediate payment before sending the order.
* **Send** — This pushes the order directly to the kitchen without taking the payment. This is ideal for table or collection services where the payment is collected later.
