Checkout vs Send

After adding the products to the basket, you have two options:

• Checkout — This opens the payment screen, allowing you to take the immediate payment before sending the order.
• Send — This pushes the order directly to the kitchen without taking the payment. This is ideal for table or collection services where the payment is collected later.

Use Send when the customer will pay after the meal, and Checkout when payment is made upfront.
