Pre Order
To place a pre-order, you can easily enter the order details into the POS system, including the desired collection or delivery time specified by the customer. This order will then be displayed on the appropriate Kitchen Display System (KDS) when it is time to start preparing the food.
When entering the customer information, you can adjust the time.
Click on the Time option.
Select the appropriate date and time. Or you can also use the pre-set offsets from the current time.
Click Save.
Please note that the time should be entered in a 24-hour format.
Time Slots
The pre-order screen also shows you a list of time slots for the selected day with the corresponding number of orders. This helps staff easily visualize available ordering windows for the selected day. This supports better planning and ensures orders are spaced out in a manageable way, especially during busy periods.
