# Customer Waiting

#### Function

Marks and order to indicate that the customer has checked in and is waiting onsite.

#### When to Use

For early arrivals when you don't want to trigger preparation immediately but want staff to be aware that the customer is present.

#### Effect

Displays a "Waiting" tag on the order in the system.
