# Retroactive Refund in the Admin Portal

To find or export retroactive refunds in the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/)**:**

1. Navigate to **Orders**.
2. Select the desired date range to view orders within that period.
3. Filter by **Order type > Refund.**
4. Exporting the filtered orders is optional. If needed, you can export the filtered orders by clicking on the **Export** button.

From the retroactive refund order in the Admin Portal, you can view the original order that the refund is linked to.

1. In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Orders**.
2. Locate the retroactive refund and open it.
3. On **Parent order**, click **View parent order**.
