Creating a Segment

1. In the Admin Portal, go to the group level.
2. Go to Marketing > Segments.
3. Click New.
4. Choose between Build using filters or Upload csv list.
5. If you choose Build using filters, define the segment name and the necessary filters then click Create segment. If you choose Upload csv list, upload your csv file then click continue.
