Using Segments

Segments can be used to define target audiences for push message campaigns, enabling more precise and relevant customer communication.

Assigning a Notification to a Segment

1. In the Admin Portal, go to the group level.
2. Navigate to Marketing > Push Notifications.
3. Fill in relevant details.
4. Under Targeting & Audience, change the Audience to Segment.
5. Select the relevant segment.
