Activating / Deactivating a Service
In the Admin Portal, navigate to Services.
Tick or untick the Active? box to activate or deactivate a service.
Disabling vs Deleting a Service
While the system offers an option to delete a service, we do not recommend using it. If a service is deleted, all past orders tied to that service will lose the reference and may appear as "Unknown." This may be an issue when generating service-specific reports.
Best Practice:
Instead of deleting the service, we strongly recommend disabling it instead. This keeps all historical data intact while removing it from active use.
