# Stock Lists

Stock Lists allow you to create a preset stock list that you can use when performing these actions:

* creating a stock count
* filtering the demand forecast
* adding a shipment
* creating an internal order
* creating a manual transfer

## Creating a Stock List

1. In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), go to the **group level.**
2. Navigate to **Stock > Lists**.
3. Click **Create List**.
4. Enter the **name** of the list (e.g., Weekly stock count) then click **Create**.
5. Click **Add** to add the relevant stock items.
