# Creating a Stock Manual Transfer

1. In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Stock** > **Manual transfer**.
2. Fill in the details:
   1. **Select Destination Venue** — Choose the venue that will receive the stock.
   2. **Description** — Enter any relevant notes about the transfer.
3. Add the products by clicking:
   1. **Add item** — Search and select a single stock item.
   2. **Add multiple** — Select multiple stock items at once.
   3. **Import from csv** — Upload a CSV file to add items in bulk.
   4. **Add by category** — Select an entire stock category to quickly add related items.
   5. **Add by stock list** — Select a stock list to quickly add related items. ([Stock Lists](/stock/stock-lists.md))
4. Specify the **quantity** of each product to be transferred.
5. Click **Transfer**.
