User Details Tab

• Preferred Name – display name (may differ from legal name)
• Employee ID – unique identifier used to reference this person
• Role – their role in the group (see Venue Group Roles)
• Active across the group – whether the profile is active across the whole group
• Show in rosters? – whether they appear in the schedule
