# Scheduled vs Worked Report

The Scheduled vs Worked Report displays information on who have clocked in and out within the selected week.

In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Workfoce > Users > Shift reports**.

Use the **arrows** beside the date range to move between weeks. Each column represents a day of the week, and each row shows a staff member’s recorded hours.

## Shift Duration

The report displays staff shift information such as:

* Scheduled hours
* Discrepancy between scheduled and total hours worked
* Total hours worked

{% hint style="info" %}
Shift data comes directly from:

* Shift schedule - [Shift Schedule](/users-and-access/shift-schedule.md)
* Staff clock in/out and break records - [Staff Clock In and Clock Out](/pos/staff-clock-in-and-clock-out.md)
  {% endhint %}

## Total Hours

The rightmost column displays each staff member's total hours for the selected week. A Total row at the bottom shows the combined hours for all staff for the day.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bossithq.com/users-and-access/shift-schedule/scheduled-vs-worked-report.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
