Configurable Messages

The POS system allows venues to configure custom messages that are displayed to customers during key stages of the online ordering journey. These messages help manage expectations, provide important information, or share specific instructions.

These custom messages are configurable by service.

Online checkout note

This is a message shown to customers at online checkout (e.g., instructions, disclaimers).

Online order confirmation note

This is a message shown to the customer after they place an order online. It appears on the online order details / history page.
