The POS system allows venues to configure custom messages that are displayed to customers during key stages of the online ordering journey. These messages help manage expectations, provide important information, or share specific instructions.

## **Online checkout note**

This is a **message** shown to customers at **online checkout** (e.g., instructions, disclaimers).

## **Online order confirmation note**

This is a **message** shown to the customer **after they place an order online**. It appears on the online order details / history page.
