# Order Status

Customers see real-time order status updates. To access this.

1. Go to **Account Settings.**
2. Click **Order History.**
3. Click on the **specific order.**

#### Order Statuses

* **Scheduled** — the order has been placed in advance
* **Awaiting confirmation** — order has been placed, but waiting for venue confirmation
* **Awaiting preparation** — venue has confirmed, but preparation has not started yet
* **Preparing** — the venue has begun preparing the order
* **Ready for collection** — order is ready to be collected
* **Delivering** — the delivery is in progress
* **Arrived** — the driver has arrived at the delivery location
* **Delivered** — the order has been marked as successfully delivered
