Customers see real-time order status updates. To access this.
Go to Account Settings.
Click Order History.
Click on the specific order.
Order Statuses
Scheduled — the order has been placed in advance
Awaiting confirmation — order has been placed, but waiting for venue confirmation
Awaiting preparation — venue has confirmed, but preparation has not started yet
Preparing — the venue has begun preparing the order
Ready for collection — order is ready to be collected
Delivering — the delivery is in progress
Arrived — the driver has arrived at the delivery location
Delivered — the order has been marked as successfully delivered
