Defining Workload Modes

Workload modes control how the system estimates order readiness by adjusting the preparation time, internal cooking time, and delivery duration based on operational demand.

Venues can define workload modes in the Admin Portal:

1. In the Admin Portal, navigate to Venue > Workload modes.

2. Enter a value (in minutes) for each field.

   1. Preparation time

   2. Internal cooking time

   3. Delivery duration

3. Click Save.
