# Workload and ETA

ETA is calculated as: **ETA = Current Time + Preparation Time + Delivery Duration** (for delivery orders)

## ETA Example Scenario

For this example, let's say the current time is 15:00 and the workload values are defined as:

* Internal Cooking Time: 15 minutes
* Preparation Time: 20 minutes
* Delivery Duration: 15 minutes

#### Delivery Order

* ETA = Current Time (15:00) + Preparation Time (20 minutes) + Delivery Duration (15 minutes)
* Customer sees ETA as 15:35.

#### Any Non-Delivery Order

* ETA = Current Time (15:00) + Preparation Time (20 minutes)
* Customer sees ETA as 15:20
