# Workload and Integrations

Integrations provide us with the "Prepare For" timestamp. This is when the order is expected to be collected by the driver or the customer. We use this "Prepare For" timestamp and go backwards based on the workload mode to determine the "Start Preparing At" time. This is the time that the order is displayed on the KDS screens.
