Reward Shop Management

The products shown for points redemption is managed via the Reward Shop section in the Admin Portal.

Adding a Product to Reward Shop

  1. In the Admin Portalarrow-up-right, go to group level.

  2. Navigate to Reward Shop.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter the details:

    1. Product

    2. Price — the price value of the product

  5. Click Create.

Once created, the Points price will automatically be calculated.

Enabling/Disabling a Product from Reward Shop

  1. In the Admin Portalarrow-up-right, go to group level.

  2. Navigate to Reward Shop.

  3. Use the Active? tick box to enable or disable the product.

Deleting a Product from Reward Shop

  1. In the Admin Portalarrow-up-right, go to group level.

  2. Navigate to Reward Shop.

  3. Select the product(s) and click Delete.
