Reward Shop Management
The products shown for points redemption is managed via the Reward Shop section in the Admin Portal.
Adding a Product to Reward Shop
In the Admin Portal, go to group level.
Navigate to Reward Shop.
Click Add.
Enter the details:
Product
Price — the price value of the product
Click Create.
Once created, the Points price will automatically be calculated.
Enabling/Disabling a Product from Reward Shop
In the Admin Portal, go to group level.
Navigate to Reward Shop.
Use the Active? tick box to enable or disable the product.
Deleting a Product from Reward Shop
In the Admin Portal, go to group level.
Navigate to Reward Shop.
Select the product(s) and click Delete.
