# Managing Floor Plan

Add a floor plan for each area to match your venue layout. You can place different shapes such as rectangle tables, round tables, doors, windows, and more.

1. In the [**Admin Portal**](https://admin.gobossit.com/), navigate to **Layout > Floor plan**.
2. Select the area you want to edit.
3. Add the elements, then arrange them to reflect your venue layout.
4. Click **Save**.
