Staff Shifts

The Staff Shifts section of the End of Day Report provides an overview of each employee’s scheduled and actual hours worked. If a staff member has a shift scheduled and hours have not been logged, the section is highlighted in red. Each entry includes:

  • Staff Name — Name of the employee

  • Category

  • Hours Scheduled — Hours the employee was rostered for

  • Hours Logged — Actual hours worked

  • Variance — Difference between scheduled and logged hours

This section also allows you to add a staff member shift.

Staff members' scheduled shifts are defined based on Shift Schedule.
